Church

Christian spiritual services (Catholic / Lutheran) at Mount Meru Hospital are provided based on the relevant religion.

For the Catholics, their services are provided every day from Monday to Friday, and the services provided being; medicine, medical supplies, food for sick patients who do not have relatives and also sacraments services are conducted.

As for the Lutheran church, their services are provided every day from Monday to Friday to patients in need of spiritual services which include; baptism and prayers.

Mosque

Islamic spiritual services at Mount Meru Hospital are provided based on the relevant religion.

The services provided are: - Funeral services, spiritual services funeral prayers, social assistance to the admitted patients with financial setback. Provide assistance to the needy patients with no relatives to support through the distribution of alms like medicine, medical supplies, drinks and bites etc.

Waiting Bay

The hospital has provided waiting bays at every service point in the premises, which are equipped with HD televisions which air 24hrs providing information on services provided at the hospital, health education videos, entertainment such as tourism documentaries.

One of the waiting bays also serves as the access point for distribution of visitors ID cards which grants relatives access to visit their patients in wards.

Cafeteria

There is a fully equipped cafeteria that provides catering services within the facility for outpatients, inpatients and other customers within the hospital. The quality of food they receive is one of the major factors that contribute to their satisfaction. The cafeteria being an outsourced vendor not only aims at keeping patients and visitors fed but they're also concerned with patient satisfaction, meeting specific dietary requirements, and avoiding contamination with common major allergens.

Shops

Shop services available in the hospital premises include; financial agent services such as NMB, CRDB, M-pesa, Tigopesa and Airtel money.

Other services provided at the shops include; adult ward requirements, new baby requirements for mothers, oral hygiene items, food storage containers, body hygiene items: buckets, basins, brushes, soap, towels, oil etc.
